Innovation Coach empowers professionals to systematically plan, execute and follow-up on a wide variety of innovation activities. The hands-on training develops the competency to develop raw ideas into solid business concepts ready for decision makers and key stakeholders.

Through Innovation Coach you’ll have a clear customer perspective and challenge latent pre-conceptions. You’ll grasp systematic innovation, strategic planning and develop the skills to coach others. You’ll master refining, casing and selling ideas. And you’ll have the back-up of Amplify’s Innovation Toolbox.

Innovation Coach integrates theoretical learning with practical exercises and utilizes specific learning principles. New knowledge is transformed into practical skills, diverse learning styles are employed, information made available when needed and strategic information delivery strengthens learning and tasks.

Participants come from all areas and organisations and crucially require no prior experience. A determination to professionalize innovation is the key factor for success.
