Amplify’s Innovation Manager program is designed to raise awareness of innovation and how to systematically work with it  throughout all areas of your business. The program is designed for managers responsible for coordinating innovation initiatives and for anyone else who’d like to broaden their knowledge on innovation in general.

The online program consists of a series of short inspiring and instructive movies accompanied by more in-depth reading material covering five competence areas:

  • Innovation Awareness – setting the scene as an introduction to innovation.

  • Innovation Strategy – outlining important aspects when planning for innovation.

  • Innovation Process – presenting a systematic approach from intent to value.

  • Innovation Function – defining important roles and responsibilities.

  • Innovation Initiative – guiding managers to take action.

You’ll explore everything from the basics of an innovation strategy to the design of core innovation processes and  the role of innovation coaching in your organisation. The program is self-paced, meaning that you can study the material at your own convenience, for example on your smart phone whenever and wherever you are.
