An Innovation Management Assessment is the foundation for building a strong innovation strategy
This program provides an assessment of the innovation capabilities of your organization. It utilizes the IMCA 2019 Innovation Management Capabilities Assessment framework which is based on international guidance standards.
Three different plans are avialable depending on the ambition level of the assessment: Essential, Leadership, and Enterprise.
Team – A core team of up to 6 people perform a cross-functional assessment of the innovation performance.
Leader – A group of up to 30 leaders are assessed in terms of their leadership and view on the innovation performance.
Employee – A group of up to 500 employees, including 30 leaders, are providing their view on the organization’s innovation performance.
Optional for all plans – Review and assessment of strategies, structures, scorecards, incentives, processes, practices, tools etc. and the impact on the organization’s innovation performance.

- Provide recommendations for how to increase performance
