Answering the call for innovation at Ericsson
Amplify helped to dial-up the innovation skill levels within Ericsson with an ICTP training program.
Challenge
In order to support ongoing innovation, Ericsson decided to establish a powerful foundation by establishing the role of the In-house Innovation Coach. When Ericsson was looking for a partner to develop and deliver Innovation Coach Training they turned to Amplify.

Co-creation
The role of the innovation coach is to proactively and systematically facilitate innovation and support project managers to effectively lead innovation projects. Amplify delivered a three-phase program covering five competence areas: understanding systematic innovation, refining, casing and selling ideas and coaching innovators.
Impact
Amplify created high-quality global training throughout Ericsson, today and into the future with a package of web-based learning, virtual class sessions, live face-to-face sessions and practical case work.
