The essential online program for leaders and managers who want to manage innovation as a professional discipline – grounded in the ISO 56000 family of international standards.

Description

What is Systematic Innovation Management?

Systematic Innovation Management is an interactive online training program with 14 learning modules that teaches leaders and managers how to proactively lead and organize innovation efforts using a structured, standards-based approach. The estimated study time is 30–50 hours.

Amplify innovation performance in your organization – or across collaborating organizations –by building the essential knowledge, skills, and mindset. You will learn to create the right conditions, remove barriers, and build the capabilities needed for innovation success.

The program is built on the ISO 56000 family of international standards, mainly the foundational standard ISO, the requirement standard ISO 56001, and the guidance standard ISO 56002.

What will I learn?

The 14 modules cover the fundamentals of systematic innovation management, including innovation management principles, the innovation management system and its elements, defining innovation, designing innovation processes, developing deep insights, engaging top management, crafting innovation strategies, adapting structures, leading innovation efforts, fostering an innovation culture, and assessing innovation performance.

What certifications can I earn?

After completing the program and a knowledge test, you receive an Amplify certificate of completion and a CPD certificate.

The program builds the competencies needed to pursue third-party personal certification as an innovation management professional – at the Innovation Management Associate or Innovation Management Professional level – issued by accredited certification bodies.

The program also prepares you to support your organization in obtaining ISO 56001 certification – an independent audit confirming that your innovation management system meets internationally agreed requirements.
