The program is built on the ISO 56000 family of international standards, including the requirement standard ISO 56001, and the guidance standard ISO 56002.

You will learn about innovation management principles, the innovation management system and its elements, how to design innovation processes, develop deep insights, craft innovation strategies, engage top management, lead innovation efforts, foster an innovation culture, assess innovation performance, and much more.

The program gives you actionable knowledge to significantly contribute to establishing your innovation intent, assessing innovation capabilities, facilitating innovation collaboration, and building the conditions for innovation success in your organization.

What certifications can I earn?

The program leads to two credentials: an Amplify certificate of completion and a CPD certificate. Additionally, it prepares you for a third-party personal certification and for supporting your organization earn an organizational certification. These credentials are issued by accredited certification bodies.

Amplify and CPD certificates: After completing the program and a knowledge test, you are awarded an Amplify certificate of completion (sample) along with a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certificate (sample), with 50 hours/credits, provided by the CPD Certification Service.
Preparing for personal certification: The program builds the competencies needed to pursue third-party personal certification as an Innovation Management Associate or Innovation Management Professional. Personal certification is based on a body of knowledge aligned with the ISO 56000 family of standards and is provided by RISE Certification.
Preparing for organizational certification: The program also prepares you to support your organization to assess, implement, and audit an innovation management system in order to achieve ISO 56001 certification. Organizational certification is provided by independent certification bodies.

How does the learning process work?

You can learn at your own pace, in bite-sized steps, on any of your devices. Each module has 10–15 short, independent lessons. The study time is 30–50 hours for the entire program, depending on your pace and ambition.

Each lesson introduces one topic, most end with questions for reflection, and is accompanied by optional third-party content for deeper learning based on your interests.

Can the program be customized for my organization?

The program is suitable for self-paced or blended learning. In blended learning, independent study is combined with interactive live sessions for group discussions and exercises.

A customized program can feature purpose-built or organization-specific modules alongside the core training modules.

How is the program content designed?

The content is produced by Amplify and features original videos and slideshows, interactive dialogues and charts, and downloadable guides and tools. All content is grounded in the latest practices, leading research, and international standards.

All modules include examples from various organizations, situation-specific guides with recommended actions, questions for individual and team reflections, summaries of key takeaways, and knowledge tests.

Who are the Amplify instructors?

Gunnar Storfeldt and Magnus Karlsson are your instructors throughout the program. What languages is the program available in?

The program is available in English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. More languages are planned.

Video captions, guiding texts, descriptions, and downloads are translated. Video sound, text on slides and images, and optional materials are in English. However, it is possible to complete most parts of the program without any knowledge of English.

Is it a certified program?

Yes, the program meets the quality check criteria and is certified by the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative. and is available through the EIT Tech Talent Portal.
